* **Token Type**: ERC-20 (Ethereum Mainnet)
* **Initial Liquidity**: Locked for 6 months
* **Circulating Supply**: Gradually released through launches, grants, and staking
* **Team Allocation**: Time-locked with cliffs and community visibility
* **Community Reserves**: Used for airdrops, DAO incentives, and onboarding campaigns

Token distribution is fully transparent, and the smart contract is verifiable on-chain. Future bridge plans will allow $NUAI to exist across multiple chains.
