# 9.1 Utility & Function

$NUAI is a **multi-utility governance token** that enables:

* **DAO voting power** — $NUAI holders vote on project approvals, platform changes, and grant allocations.
* **Access to tools** — Certain premium features, such as contract deployers, audit enhancements, and advanced analytics, require $NUAI to unlock.
* **Launchpad participation** — Builders must stake or use $NUAI to submit projects for launch.
* **Bot usage tiers** — Higher $NUAI holdings unlock more Telegram bot features, including instant deployer access and custom reporting.

As adoption grows, $NUAI’s role will expand further into token gating, partner integrations, and staking-based reputation scoring.
