# 8.5 Data Privacy

User trust is built on transparency and respect for privacy. Nucleus AI follows strict data protection principles:

* No unnecessary personal data is collected during contract creation
* Wallet data is used for security scoring only and not stored permanently
* Project metadata remains user-owned and accessible
* Hosting infrastructure (IPFS/Arweave) ensures frontend data is immutable and not exploitable

In future updates, the platform will support **zero-knowledge compliance checks** and **encrypted audit logs**, further enhancing the balance between privacy and accountability.
