**Objective:** Launch the full-featured, community-governed no-code launchpad.

**Milestones:**

* Official public release of Nucleus AI Web dApp (v1)
* Launchpad project submission portal
* Deployment of token sale and crowdfunding mechanisms
* Predictive analytics and real-time insights dashboard
* Cross-chain contract deployment (Ethereum, BNB, Polygon, Solana)
* CoinMarketCap & CoinGecko token listings
* Launch of staking, airdrop, and incentive campaigns
* Establishment of Web3 and blockchain partnerships
* Utility-Only Launchpad Standard enforced (real projects only)

This phase defines the identity of Nucleus AI as a launchpad for builders—not hype.
