**Objective:** Establish the foundation of the ecosystem and launch initial tools.

* Initial market research and concept finalization
* Architecture design of Telegram bot and AI modules
* Launch of Telegram Bot (Beta version)
* AI-powered contract generation and token creation tools via Telegram
* Smart contract auditing integration in Telegram bot
* Collection of early feedback from users and builders
* Kickoff of community onboarding campaigns
* Introduction of the 2% ecosystem tax for growth and development

This phase validates core use cases and introduces the first working version of Nucleus AI's smart automation layer.
