To be listed:

• The project must have a functional product or dApp at launch

• Tokens must connect to a working contract, not just a placeholder

• All deployed assets must pass smart contract audits via the AI engine

• The frontend (if any) must be deployed on IPFS/Arweave to ensure permanence
