# 5.2 Community Voting

Nucleus AI is governed by a **DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization)** where $NUAI holders play a central role in determining which projects move forward.

Each approved project is added to a **voting pool**, where community members can:

* Vote to approve or reject the launch
* Leave feedback or questions for the builder
* Flag suspicious or low-effort submissions

Voting is weighted by token holdings, giving stronger influence to active ecosystem participants. Once a project meets quorum, it automatically enters the Launch Phase and unlocks access to tools, support, and token visibility mechanics.

This ensures that launches are **backed by the people**, not just internal teams or centralized stakeholders.
