# 11.2 Proposals & Voting

Any eligible holder (or group of holders) can submit proposals through the Nucleus AI governance portal. These proposals can cover:

* Platform upgrades or changes
* Funding grants for builders
* Launchpad project approvals
* DAO treasury allocations
* New chain integrations or feature prioritization

Each proposal goes through a structured process:

1. Draft and publish proposal
2. Community discussion phase
3. Voting window opens
4. Smart contract tallies votes
5. If passed, proposal is executed or queued for dev action

Voting is **transparent, time-bound, and recorded on-chain**, ensuring fairness and traceability.
